Artist – David & Natalie Jackton
David and Natalie are the dad and daughter team behind Jackton Art.
Jackton Art started one rainy Sunday during lockdown. David drew the church where his parents married as an anniversary gift. The reaction was amazing, “You drew this? Really?!!”
The idea of Jackton Art was born to produce drawings of Scotland that bring back memories and emotions of special places. David is the artist, drawing highly detailed pen and pencil drawings of Scottish places. Natalie is our digital Artist, adding coloured backgrounds and effects to give their work a contemporary feel.
Scotland is full of amazing places. These buildings and places trigger memories and emotions and our aim is for this to come across in the art we make.
