We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days. If you choose to ship glass or fragile products this is at your discretion. We will do everything we can to ensure the products are protected however we cannot guarantee safe delivery and therefore will not be liable for breakages. Please be aware our couriers do not collect on public holidays therefore this will impact delivery time scales placed during holiday periods.

Shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland temporarily suspended
Due to the new GSPR legislation introduced in December 2024, we have had to temporarily pause shipping orders to the EU and Northern Ireland while we ensure compliance with the new regulations. We hope to reinstate these shipping options as soon as possible.
We are still able to ship our print on demand products to the EU and Northern Ireland, as our partner Teemill has existing operations in the EU and meets the compliance requirements.

*If you purchase whisky and wish for it to be shipped within the UK, the shipping charge for this is £15.00, if you order other products with your whisky, you will be charged an additional standard shipping charge (£5). We can only ship 2 bottles at a time however, if you require more you will need to pay a further shipping charge.
***If you purchase made-to-order products along with other products you will be charged additional shipping due to your items being shipped from two separate locations.
If your parcel is undelivered please advise us of this within 60 calendar days.
Collect in store
There is no minimum order value to qualify for collect in-store The service is free for orders from our online shop.
Once you have placed your order, your order will be picked and packaged and available to collect the following day. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will be ready to collect on the following Tuesday. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect.
We’ll hold your order in store for 14 days (unless specified otherwise), after which we’ll return the order and refund your account. Please note, the refund may take up to 7 days to process.
