We will do everything we can to ensure the products are protected however we cannot guarantee safe delivery and therefore will not be liable for breakages. There is no minimum order value to qualify for collect in-store The service is free for orders from our online shop.
Once you have placed your order, your order will be picked and packaged and available to collect the following day. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will be ready to collect on the following Tuesday. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect.
We’ll hold your order in store for 14 days (unless specified otherwise), after which we’ll return the order and refund your account. Please note, the refund may take up to 7 days to process.
